How we contribute

Care takes many practical forms.

Spiritual gatherings, family support and community service belong to one connected purpose: helping people live with clarity, confidence and care for others.

  1. Members of the Australian community gathered for a spiritual assembly

    Spiritual Gatherings

Spaces for bhajan, satsang, prayer and reflection that help people grow through devotion and shared understanding.

  2. Young members of the Australian community gathered together
    02

    Youth Development

Every young person carries untapped potential. Our youth programs help them build balance across mental, physical and social wellbeing, then channel that energy into positive contributions to their communities and the wider world.

    Ethical, Moral & Cultural Care

We believe a fulfilling life is built on strong values, free from vices, addiction and harm. Through weekly assemblies, cultural festivals and annual youth conferences, families across Australia can celebrate their heritage, deepen their character and live with greater joy and purpose.

  4. Young people sharing a positive community gathering
    04

    Preventing Substance Abuse

We are committed to raising a generation free from the harm of tobacco, alcohol and drugs. Through youth leadership, community education and early intervention, young Australians gain the values, skills and peer support to make choices that protect their future.

  5. Women from the Australian community standing together
    05

    Women’s Empowerment

We walk alongside women at every stage of life, supporting those facing hardship to rebuild stability and self-sufficiency while helping all women grow their skills, confidence and voice as active members of Australian society.

  6. Volunteers and community members standing together in Australia
    06

    Community Relief & Environmental Care

When Australia needs us, we show up. From delivering groceries to international students during the COVID-19 pandemic, to supporting families affected by bushfires, to planting trees across Melbourne’s south-east, our volunteers have responded to need beyond our regular programs. We do not wait for a crisis to pass before we act, and we do not limit our care to those already in our community.

Our direction

Mission. Vision. Philosophy.

01

Mission

Hariprabodham Australia is a spiritual community inspired by the teachings of Lord Swaminarayan and guided by HDH Prabodhjivan Swamiji Maharaj. Through service, bhajan, satsang, and prayer, we grow together as a parivar and carry these values forward for generations to come.

02

Vision

A community where the divinity within every soul is recognised, nurtured, and lived, bound together by Atmiyata, and growing outward from there.

03

Philosophy

We believe every soul is inherently divine and capable of attaining oneness with Purushottam through the grace of the living Akshar. That belief flows outward as Atmiyata, a heartfelt oneness that makes every devotee family and every family one. Because that oneness belongs to no single community, we extend it to every person we serve, every neighbour we welcome, and every Australian we meet.
